1. How much is your courseware? What are the shipping costs?

The prices for each course are shown on the order form page. We charge you the actual UPS shipping charges.

2. Can I get an evaluation copy of one of your courseware manuals?

Certainly! Click here to view our policy on evaluation copies and also instructions on how to order them.

3. Where can I get an outline for a particular course?

You can download an outline in a PDF file for any of our courses. Clicking on the name of the course you want from the List of Java Courses takes you to a page displaying the outline and details of that course. Near the top of the outline will be a link saying "download pdf version".

4. How long does it take for an order to get processed and shipped?

Orders placed on a normal business day before 12:00 Noon Mountain Time will be shipped the same day! Otherwise, orders will be shipped the next business day. (Custom courses may require up to 48 hours before being shipped.)

5. Where can I get a setup guide for a course?

Setup guides, as well as the lab files for each course, are available on our Web site at http://www.javalicense.com/resources.

6. Does our instructor need any special certification or training to use your courseware?

No. We do not put any restrictions on who can teach with our courseware.

7. Can you provide an instructor for a class?

Yes. You can hire the instructor that developed the course. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

8. Do you have separate manuals for instructors?

No. We believe that if something is important for the instructor to know, then it is important for the student to know.

9. What if our instructor has a problem or question about something in your courseware?

We provide technical support for instructors who may have a question while preparing for or delivering a class using our courseware. When you place an order, you will be assigned a JLicense, Inc. representative that will assist you with any support questions.

10. Can we pay by invoice instead of using a credit card?

Unfortunately, no. Your credit card will be billed the day your order is shipped, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

11. Do the students get a copy of the lab solutions?

Yes. All books come with an accompanying CD that contains all of the lab solutions, as well as all of the code examples from the book.
